Decimal Expands Sales Team To Meet Growing Demand For Its 401(k) solution, The Online 401(k)
SAN FRANCISCO (October 12, 2003) - Decimal, Inc. (www.theonline401k.com), the online retirement company, announces the addition of four experienced sales professionals to its team. The four new Regional Sales Directors are located in Texas, Illinois, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. This announcement comes on the heels of the launch of Decimal’s new 401(k) referral program, the “Road to Retirement™ Network”.

Decimal’s Regional Sales Directors will focus on building a strong and sustainable base of distribution partners through the Road to Retirement™ Network in their respective regions. They will recruit members (such as CPAs, Financial Advisors, Payroll Companies) to join the “Road to Retirement Network” and they will be responsible for direct sales to small businesses.
Michael Moore is the Regional Sales Director -- Mid South Region. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1982 with companies such as Kentucky Central Life, Merrill Lynch, LPL, and First Mercantile Trust. He currently holds licenses Series 6, 7, 63, 65 and 24.
John Phelan is the Regional Sales Director -- New England Region. John brings to Decimal over twenty years of sales, marketing, customer service, relationship management, and operations experience in the financial services industry, with a strong emphasis on 401(k) retirement plans. Most recently, he was a Vice President with Putnam Investments, managing a plan administration team responsible for 1500 advisor-sold relationships nationally. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Boston College.
George Torrella is the Regional Sales Director -- Mid Atlantic Region. He has over 10 years experience in the pension business, his background includes work in Sales, Business Development and Communications, and Consulting with companies such as ADP, Nippon Life Insurance Company of America, USI, and Columbian Mutual Life Insurance. George holds Life, Health and Variable Annuity licenses and is NASD series 6, 63, and 7 licensed.
Jason Gross is the Regional Sales Director -- Midwest Region. Jason brings 8 years of sales and business development accomplishments in the retirement planning and insurance industries, including work with Great West Life/New England Financial for four years. Jason holds a B.A. in Economics and English from Northwestern University, in addition to NASD Series 6, 63 and Life and Health licenses.
