SAN FRANCISCO (February 21, 2006) – The Online 401(k), (www.theonline401k.com), the leading provider of full-service, 401(k) plans for small and single-person businesses announced today its new lineup of features for registered representatives.

Registered representatives see the great potential for 401(k)s to build their businesses or strengthen their relationship with current clients.  However, most 401(k) providers do not offer registered representatives flexibility in investment options and are only interested in larger plans with larger pools of assets.

To make matters worse, many 401(k) providers require advisors to use specific fund families, which make it difficult for registered representatives to use preferred fund families or customize lists for their clients’ needs.

Mr. Fowler brings more than 14 years of sales and business development experience in the retirement plan industry working through various channels of distribution. In his most recent position with OneAmerica/AUL Retirement Services in Concord, as Regional Director, Mr. Fowler consistently ranked as a top sales performer and built relationships with an extensive network of broker-dealers, independent financial planners and insurance agents. Prior to this, Mr. Fowler held sales and business development positions with MassMutual Pension Management in San Francisco and with Phoenix Mutual in Chicago. He holds NASD licenses 6 and 63 and is a CRPS (Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist).
