Ms. Hughes brings 7 years of sales and business development experience in the payroll industry through both direct payroll sales as well as payroll service bureau software licensing. In her most recent position with Execupay, Inc. in National Software Business Development, Ms. Hughes built extensive relationships with independent payroll providers nationwide. Prior to this, Ms. Hughes held a direct sales position with Precise Pay, Inc. in San Jose, California where she worked directly with payroll clients.

In her position at The Online 401(k), Ms. Hughes is focused on developing the payroll partner channel as well as direct sales to prospective clients.
