Decimal, Inc. Expands Sales and Client Services Team and Moves into New Office Location
SAN FRANCISCO - August 15, 2002 - Decimal, Inc. (www.theonline401k.com), the online retirement company, announced that it has added two new team members in its sales and client services departments. The company also relocated its offices to a larger location in the heart of the San Francisco Financial District. The new location is at the historic Flatiron Building at One Sutter Street.

With twenty years of sales and marketing experience, Tom Zgainer joined Decimal to direct the National Sales effort. Most of his work experience has been in the area of Outsourcing, working with small businesses through Fortune 500 companies. Tom began his career with Paychex payroll services and moved on to selling Payroll and Human resources software to mid-sized businesses. He has also worked for two Professional Employer Organizations. In positions of management and sales for Employee Solutions and TriNet, he focused on increasing market share, regionally and nationally, for outsourced HR services to venture funded technology firms. His experience developing alliance and channel partners will help further accelerate the growth of Decimal on a national basis. Tom lives with his wife and 2 sons in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Jacqueline Besse joined Decimal as Client Relations Manager. She brings with her over twelve years of experience in Financial Services and Benefits. Ms. Besse previously was with mPower where she acted as the primary liaison between mPower and institutional clients such as American Express Retirement Services, Dreyfus Retirement Plan Services, T. Rowe Price and Charles Schwab. Ms Besse was responsible for service implementation and ongoing client relations. Prior to that, Ms. Besse managed the Defined Contribution relationships of Large Market Institutional clients at Merrill Lynch, Pierce Fenner & Smith. She has also held a position as a Benefits Analyst for a Software Development Company, Defined Contribution Consultant for Coopers & Lybrand, LLP (currently known as PriceWaterhouseCoopers), as well as, a Benefits Manager for a San Francisco-based Investment Banking Firm. Ms. Besse holds a BA in Management from Eastern Washington University.
