We're your Partnership Support Team – dedicated to helping you through every step of the partner implementation process and providing you with ongoing operational and sales support from that point forward. We're the 401(k) experts, so you don't have to be!
Here's a little more about each member of our team and what we do for you as our partner.
Mary Hughes: Sr. Director of Business Development & Partnerships
Mary Hughes brings eight years of Sales and Business Development experience in the payroll industry through both direct payroll sales and payroll service bureau software licensing. In her most recent position in National Software Business Development with Execupay, Inc., Mary built extensive relationships with independent payroll providers nationwide. Prior to this, she worked directly with payroll clients in a direct sales position with Precise Pay, Inc. in San Jose, California.
Mary has served in several capacities with The Online 401(k) including direct sales and business development focusing on payroll service bureaus. In her current position with The Online 401(k), Mary continues her focus on developing the payroll partner channel as well as leading the overall Partnership Support team and contributing to the oversight of the Direct Sales department. She has spoken at several events specifically on the topic of the value of integrating ancillary services into payroll and accounting practices.
Aside from being a 401(k) expert, Mary is a no-nonsense traveler who considers being pushed out of her comfort zone essential to any good vacation. She's also a dog fanatic and mentors college-aged women in leadership skills, relationships, and finance management.
Andrew Meadows: Senior Manager of Partnerships
Andrew Meadows has been dedicated to the 401(k) industry for nine years. He started out in the industry by writing plan documents, executing new plan implementations, and constructing a sustainable support center for his clients. Since 2004 when he joined The Online 401(k), he has devoted this same level of service and structure to our advisor, TPA and payroll partners across the country.
In his current role as Senior Manager of Partnerships, Andrew oversees our Partnership Support team, ensuring operational ease of use, and developing new and valuable ways to communicate with partners - from direct phone calls to our overwhelmingly popular webinar series.
Andrew's skills extend beyond financial services into the area of radio broadcasting — you may recognize his voice in our online demo. He also enjoys travel, making and partaking of good food, and taking every small opportunity to do his part in making the world a better place.
John Wasiejko: Partner Relationship Manager
John Wasiejko has over 15 years of overall customer service and Relationship Management experience, including 10 years of 401(k)/Defined Contribution expertise working in actual plan administration, operations and sales consultation, and seven years overall direct sales experience.
John started out with The Online 401(k) in direct sales, but his strengths for building relationships with new and existing partners lead him to his current role as Partner Relationship Manager. John keeps our partners informed of new products and services, offers suggestions and support with regard to prospecting and closing 401(k) business, and ensures that you are always satisfied with the quality of service being provided to you and your clients.
John's interests outside of 401(k) plans include reading, music and weightlifting. He is also an avid cyclist and runner, with plans to run the Boston Marathon.
Gabe Garcia: Partner Relationship Coordinator
Gabe Garcia has worked in the financial services industry since 1998, specializing in operations and customer services for several major financial institutions. His excellence in these areas brought him to The Online 401(k)'s Partnerships Team in 2008.
As Partner Relationship Coordinator with The Online 401(k), Gabe is one of the primary contacts for our partners, acting as the operational implementation specialist for new relationships, and managing day-to-day implementation and shared client servicing for all partners.
In his downtime, Gabe enjoys hip-hop dancing and performs with a dance troupe in the San Francisco Bay area. He is also an avid fan of Guitar Hero.
