How does a SIMPLE IRA differ from the Supersimple IRA?
A SuperSimple IRA does not require that an employer contribute on behalf of its employees; but there are other restrictions governing its use, such as lower contribution limits.
How does a SIMPLE IRA differ from a 401(k) plan?
A SIMPLE IRA has more restrictions than a 401(k) plan. For example, it is mandatory that the employer contribute on behalf of its employees. However, it can be easier to manage.
