Event Details


We are happy to offer guests of our conference an exciting opportunity to explore the beauty and diversity of San Francisco. We’ve arranged some truly unique events that we’re sure you’ll enjoy. You will have an opportunity to register for these events during the conference registration process and we ask that you register for each event that you plan on attending as this will ensure you a spot!


Welcome Cocktail Hour and Registration

 

Date: Wednesday, June 13th
Time: 5:00 pm
Location: The Hotel Nikko, Lobby Bar

 

We’d like to give you an opportunity to register for the conference, obtain your necessary materials and get to know The Online 401(k) team in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. We invite you to spend an hour with us and unwind from the day.

 

Includes: Two complimentary drinks per person

City Tour and Wine Tasting

Date: Wednesday, June 13th
Time: 5:45 pm
Location: Meet in Hotel Nikko Lobby

 

This evening guests will toast to San Francisco in style with a twinkling city tour. We’ll tour historic and cultural landmarks via motor coach. After the city tour, guests will have the opportunity to explore The Online 401(k) Headquarters in San Francisco. Afterwards, guests will be transported to Vino Venue, a unique wine bar with more than 100 wines to taste!

    Reception Dinner at Guaymas Restaurant in Tiburon

     

    Date: Thursday, June 14th
    Time: 5:30pm
    Location: Meet in Hotel Nikko Lobby

     

    Departing from the heart of Fisherman’s Wharf, a ferry boat will provide transportation for our guests to Tiburon. This tour has views of the San Francisco skyline, the lively neighborhood of North Beach, the famous Alcatraz Island and numerous other exciting sights. At Guaymas, guests enjoy dinner perched on the Tiburon waterfront. The Online 401(k) will entertain guests in the rooftop dining room that has a fireplace cantina (bar), floor–to–ceiling windows and sweeping views!

  • Roundtrip transportation from Hotel Nikko to Tiburon including Ferry ride
  • Dinner and two beverages for each registered guest
